MP-25 Multi-Point Lifting Beam
25 Tonne Modular Multi-Point (Multi-Lug) Lifting System
The MP-25 is a multi-point lifting beam designed for applications requiring increased lifting capacity while maintaining flexible configuration options.
Providing a clear step up from smaller beams in the range, it enables heavier loads to be lifted with improved control, making it well suited to structural, fabrication, and on-site installation operations.

Increased Load Capability
With a 25 tonne working load limit, the MP-25 supports heavier lifting operations while maintaining controlled load distribution.

Multiple Lift Configurations
Can be configured as centre point, spreader, or semi-spreader to suit different lifting arrangements and rigging requirements.

Modular Section Design
Built from interchangeable 3m and 6m sections, allowing flexible span configurations while maintaining strength and performance.

How Multi-Point Lifting Works
The MP-25 distributes load across multiple lifting points along the beam, allowing forces to be shared more evenly than single-point lifting arrangements. This is particularly beneficial when handling heavier or longer loads, where improved stability and control are essential to maintain safe lifting conditions.
Positioned as a step up from the MP-13, the MP-25 provides increased lifting capacity while retaining the same modular flexibility, making it suitable for more demanding lifting operations.
MP-25 Lifting Configurations
The MP-25 can be configured to suit different load types, rigging arrangements, and lifting environments.
• Multiple lifting points improve load control for heavier lifts
• Suitable for varied rigging arrangements and lifting geometries
• Modular sections allow span adjustment to suit the application

Centre Point Lift Configuration
In centre point configuration, the MP-25 is used as either a 3m or 6m beam and lifted from a single central top lifting point.
This configuration is ideal for:
Compact vertical lifts
Restricted headroom environments
Workshop or fabrication lifts
Symmetrical load handling
Multiple lower lifting lugs allow for even load distribution across the beam.
The MP-25 maintains its 25 tonne WLL in centre point configuration within approved span parameters.
Spreader Beam Configuration
In spreader configuration, angled top slings connect to designated top lifting points to match the required bottom span.
This setup allows loads to be lifted from two primary points, improving stability and reducing bending forces compared to single-point lifting arrangements.
Typical span configurations include:
• 3m
• 6m
• 3m + 6m (up to 9m span)
• 3m + 6m + 3m (up to 12m span)
This configuration is commonly used for:
• Two-point structural lifts
• Modular assemblies
• Skid frames
• Fabricated steel components
The spreader configuration improves load stability and reduces bending forces across the beam, making it more effective for lifting longer or structurally sensitive loads.
This configuration is typically selected where controlled two-point lifting is required over extended spans.
For spreader and semi-spreader configurations, header sling angles must not exceed 30° STV.
Semi-Spreader Configuration
The semi-spreader configuration provides enhanced flexibility where lifting geometry or space constraints prevent a traditional spreader arrangement.
In this setup:
Angled top slings connect to offset lifting points
Loads can be lifted from opposing ends or multiple positions
Headroom can be optimised in restricted environments
This makes the MP-25 particularly effective for asymmetrical loads or complex rigging arrangements.
Capacity & Configuration Overview
The MP-25 is designed to maintain full working load capacity across shorter spans, while allowing extended configurations through modular beam combinations.
As the beam length increases, working load limits reduce depending on configuration.
Single Beam (3m / 6m): up to 25 tonnes
Two Beam (3m + 6m / 9m span): up to 25 tonnes, reducing to 16 tonnes
Three Beam (3m + 6m + 3m / 12m span): up to 25 tonnes, reducing to 10 tonnes
This allows the MP-25 to support higher-capacity lifts over shorter spans, while still providing extended reach where required.
Span & Load Capability
The MP-25 can be assembled in different configurations depending on the required span and lifting arrangement. Load capability varies according to setup, sling geometry, and the position of the bottom lifting points. For Spreader & Semi-Spreader configurations, header slings must not exceed 30° STV
