75 tonne Multisec MULTI-F75 modular spreader frame

The MULTI-F75 is a 75 tonne modular spreader frame engineered for demanding four-point lifting operations where maximum stability and adaptable lifting geometry are essential. Built using modular corner points and interchangeable spreader beam struts, the frame can be configured up to 12m x 12m.

MULTI-F75 Capacity Table

Working Load Limit varies with frame length, width and sling arrangement. Select the appropriate sling angle and use the table to check the capacity for your frame configuration.

Capacity Basis

Capacities shown are based on a maximum 30° STV (Sling to Vertical) and the selected frame dimensions.

MULTI-F75 Technical FAQs

What is the maximum working load of the MULTI-F75?

The maximum Working Load Limit is 75 tonnes. Allowable capacity depends on the selected frame length, width and sling arrangement.

What is the maximum frame size?

The MULTI-F75 can be configured up to 12m x 12m using compatible modular struts and corner units.

How is the frame assembled?

The frame uses four MULTI-F75 corner units with compatible Multi-75 modular struts to form the required rectangular configuration.

Does capacity remain the same at every frame size?

No. Working Load Limit can reduce for some frame geometries, so the applicable capacity data must be checked for the selected length and width.

What shackles are required?

The specified upper shackle is 55Te Standard Bow Shackle. The specified lower shackle is 42.5Te Standard Bow Shackle.

Can Multisec check a project-specific lift?

Yes. Send the load, lifting centres, required frame dimensions and sling arrangement to the Multisec team for configuration support.
