Multisec Custom Solutions
Custom Lifting Equipment Designed for Your Project
Engineered to Fit Your Lift
Multisec custom and bespoke lifting equipment is designed around your exact load geometry, lift points, rigging layout, headroom restrictions, and site conditions — ensuring a fit-for-purpose solution from day one.
Built for Safety & Compliance
Every custom solution is designed with lifting safety at the forefront and engineered to meet project demands. Where applicable, equipment is designed and tested to comply with Eurocodes and DNV standards.
Certified, Traceable & Proof Tested
From material selection to final delivery, MultiSec provides full traceability and documentation. Custom equipment is supplied with certification and proof testing to meet client and project requirements.
From bespoke lifting beams and spreader beams to adjustable lifting frames, Tri-Plates, and custom jacking & support stools, every solution is engineered for safe load control, efficient rigging, and full compliance with relevant standards.
All MultiSec custom lifting equipment is manufactured with full traceability, supported by certification, and supplied as a fit-for-purpose lifting solution built around your lift plan, load geometry, and operational environment.
Multisec Adjustable Lifting Frames
Multisec Adjustable Lifting Frames provide a flexible lifting solution for modular and prefabricated structures where lifting points and footprints vary between units. Designed to support repeat lifting operations, these frames are commonly used for modular buildings, bathroom pods, prefabricated units, and ISO modules typically ranging from 20ft to 40ft.
Adjustable geometry allows lifting points to be positioned to suit the load configuration, improving stability and enabling consistent rigging set-ups across multiple lifts. This reduces the need for multiple fixed frames while maintaining controlled load handling and efficient site operations.
Bespoke Lifting & Spreader Beams
Multisec designs and manufactures bespoke lifting beams and spreader beams for lifting operations requiring controlled load distribution, optimised rigging geometry, and safe handling of complex loads. These solutions are engineered for applications where standard modular arrangements are not suitable — including restricted headroom, non-standard lift points, and loads with offset centres of gravity.
Each beam is configured to suit your project requirements, including attachment point locations, lug spacing, connection interfaces, and sling angles. Where applicable, designs can be aligned to Eurocodes and DNV standards, with supporting documentation and certification to match the project environment.
Multisec Tri-Plates
Multisec Jacking & Support Stools
Multisec Jacking and Support Stools are engineered to provide stable, controlled load support during jacking, maintenance, and temporary support operations. Designed for both point-load and distributed-load applications, they are used where precise load transfer and structural stability are critical.
Manufactured to project-specific requirements, Multisec jacking and support stools are commonly used in industrial, civil, offshore, and heavy engineering environments, providing a safe and reliable solution for supporting heavy structures during installation, maintenance, or load adjustment.
