The Multisec Multi-Point Lifting Beam is a versatile and reconfigurable lifting system designed to handle a wide variety of lifting operations. Its modular construction allows it to be quickly assembled in different configurations, making it ideal for both compact vertical lifts and complex multi-point lifting applications.
With capacities up to 300 tonnes and spans up to 12 meters, the Multi-Sec Multi-Point Beam provide a safe,
adaptable, and precise lifting solution for projects ranging from smaller assemblies to large, complex lifts.
Lifting Configurations
This Beam can be arranged in three configurations
In spreader beam configuration, the Multi-Sec Multi-Point Lifting Beam can be used in a 3m, 6m, 3m + 6m (max 9m span) or 3m+6m+3m (max 12m span) configurations. Angled top slings connect to top lifting points to match bottom spans at two positions. This allows for a single beam set up to achieve multiple lifting spans depending on the load being lifted.A spreader configuration is suitable for a standard 2 point lift on loads that needs to be lifted from two ends
In a semi-spreader beam configuration, the Multi-Sec Multi-Point Lifting Beam can be used in a 3m, 6m, 3m + 6m (max 9m span) or 3m+6m+3m (max 12m span) configurations. Angled top slings connect to top lifting points that are offset from the top lifting points. This allows for low headroom lifting of load that needs to either be lifted at two opposing ends or at multiple points along the length of the beam, typically for more flexible load requiring multiple supports
In centre point lift configuration, the Multi-Sec Multi-Point Lifting Beam is used as a 3m or 6m beam and lifted from a single central top lifting point. This configuration provides a compact solution ideal for vertical lifts where space or headroom is limited. The load is connected to multiple lower lifting points, allowing for balanced, even lifting of compact or symmetrical loads
